Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), goods and services provided by Dreamtone (ABN 55668457038) comes with guarantees. Every customer under major failures with the service are entitled to: cancel the existing service contract; and a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, unless required by law. Once delivered or accessed, digital goods are considered used, and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not result to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If Dreamtone fails to resolve the situation, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and receive a refund for any unused portion. You will also be entitled to a compensation for any other reasonably anticipated loss or malfunction from a failure in the goods or service.
